Statement of Faith

• We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:15-17; 2 Peter 1:21)
• We believe that there is one God, who is all three persons of the Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19; Luke 3:22)
• We believe in Jesus Christ: His deity and humanity, (Matthew 1:23)

His virgin birth, (Luke 1:31-35)
His sinless life, (1 Peter 2:22)
His miracles, (Acts 2:22)
His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, (2 Corinthians 5:21; 1 John 1:7)
His bodily resurrection, (Matthew 28:6)
His ascension to the right hand of the Father, (Hebrews 1:3)
His present role as the Head of the Church, (Ephesians 5:23) and in
His personal return in power and glory. (Mark 13:26)

• We believe that the Holy Spirit is an essential factor for the salvation of the lost. (John 3:3-6; John 16:6-11)
• We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by who’s indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. (Luke 24:49; Acts 1:4, 8)
• We believe in the resurrection of the body, both the saved and the lost. (John 5:28-29)
• We believe in God’s promise of the new heavens and a new earth where righteousness dwells. (2 Peter 3:13; Revelation 21:1-3)
